Local fourth graders have fun at annual Water Festival

Fourth graders from across Etowah County gathered at the annual Water Festival at Gadsden State Community College on February 16. Students learned about the water cycle and the importance of clean water. Adrian Dailey, a student at Hokes Bluff Elementary School, won the art contest.
