Gadsden Regional Medical Center celebrated National Doctors’ Day by supporting the Family Success Center of Etowah County. The medical staff chose the nonprofit entity, whose mission is strengthening families in Etowah County, to receive a $6,000 donation on their behalf.

National Doctors’ Day serves as a moment to honor the dedication, skill and unwavering commitment of physicians in providing quality health care to individuals and communities.

“We are grateful to the physicians on the medical staff for the care they provide to our patients and the difference they make each and every day,” said Mark Dooley, FACHE, CEO of Gadsden Regional Medical Center. “Supporting the Family Success Center is one way of extending its commitment to the entire community.”

Established in 2001, the non-profit Family Success Center coordinates services and provides resources that allow families to make positive changes in their lives in the Etowah County area.

Representatives from the Family Success Center accepted the donation from Gadsden Regional.
