What kind of team will Westbrook face this week?

That’s hard to tell, because the Hornets’ traditional Wing-T offense has given way to the spread – at least partially.

“We’re not real sure which way they’ll go against us,” Westbrook coach Tony Osborne said. “They are capable of running either, so we might see some of both.”

Ider lost some key players from last year and Osborne compares their situation to his own.

“They’re still trying to fill in the puzzle pieces, just like we are,” Osborne said. “We’ve been focusing on us in practice,” he said. “We’re making some changes in the defense and hoping it will make a difference. We’re still trying to find the right positions for everyone and trying to perfect what we do.”
