The Charity Showcase and Silent Auction has become a holiday tradition thanks to the wonderful community support and participation.
Previously more than $70,000 has been presented to the Salvation Army and again this year all proceeds will go to this organization to help the less fortunate with food, clothing and toys.
The Showcase will feature continuous entertainment onstage from a variety of artists including the Gadsden State Ensemble and Southern Belle dancers, along with the reigning Miss Gadsden State Suzanne Bruton including contestants from the Miss Gadsden State Pageant, which will be held the following evening.
During the Showcase attendees can enjoy the onstage entertainment or browse the many silent auction items located in the lobby. Auction items have been consistently unique over the years and have included cars, trips, and popular sports memorabilia. There will be a vast number of items donated by area merchants and Gadsden State employees and students.
