Cardinal runners compete at Charger Invitational

The Gadsden State cross country teams competed in the UAH Charger Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 7 at John Hunt Park in Huntsville.
In the men’s 8K for the Cardinals, Lane Griffin finished 325th with a time of 28:44.90. Jordan Clark paced the GSCC women with a 214th place time of 20:58.00 out of 355 competitors.
Following Griffin for the Gadsden State men were Jonah Medders at 29:45.90, Conner Strawn at 29:59.00, DeShaun Foster at 30:13.40, Ashton Vann at 30:30.30 and Travis Cooley at 31:34.60.
Rounding out the GSCC women were Kiera Johnson (pictured above) at 23:07.00, Gaby Moore at 23:07.50 and McKinley Kay at 24:30.00
