Eagles fall to Cherokee County

Hokes Bluff lost to Cherokee County, 28-7, in Class 4A, Region 5 action on Friday (Oct. 25) at Hokes Bluff.

The Eagles’ touchdown came on Cole Williams’ 25-yard touchdown to Phillip Ward.

For Hokes Bluff, Chase beggs rushed 17 times for 90 yards.

Cole Williams completed 7-of-13 passes for 64 yards, while ward had four receptions for 37 yards.

Noah Click had 25 tackles, followed by Chase Pope with 16, Zach Robertson with 13, Stephen McDonald with 12 and Logan Latronico with 11. 

Hokes Bluff (0-9, 0-7) ends the season on Friday at Westbrook Christian.
