God’s word revealed – A lifeline to save our immortal souls

The Christian hymn Throw out the lifeline, Father depicts an important fact in current life in Eto-wah County, as well as other American cities. We must have a lifeline for eternal salvation. America appears to be under the influence of an old and very well financed organization that aims to replace current political and religious values. Earlier, it was simply called progressivism or socialism, or, more openly from the words of U.S, Senator Bernie Sanders, communism.

After permeating the national government since President Woodrow Wilson’s administration, it eventually subsumed the National Democratic Party in 1968 and apparently is in total control today. These movements are not so much political cults as they are religious activities that worship the power of the Party leader, because the chief source of truth is The Party.

Party workers are now marginalizing all religions in the United States, and since Americans’ freedom of religion is guaranteed in our constitution, party workers also are erasing the U.S. Constitution. The unannounced Party leader may be an ex-president of the United States, but clearly, the elected President of the United States is not a convincing substitute for our Savior. It appears that religion is based on the existence of a God. Our constitution refers to this being as our Creator, who gives us our rights and freedoms. There can hardly be a more fundamental disagreement with those in Washington, D.C., and some states.

The current situation could not be more disappointing, since other International Communist Parties do not allow churches to operate and confiscate their assets. In this situation, if we still desire to exercise our freedom of religion, we must act. We must harken to our Bible, God’s Ten Commandments and the tenets of our religions. For example, communists freely violate our constitution by federal funding of the abortion industry. This occurs when religious individuals and groups are forced to pay tax money used to violate the Sixth Commandment, by murdering a child. Furthermore, The Party insists on killing this person, who has a constitutional right to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” No person, under either Biblical law or U.S. Constitution, has a right to murder a blameless child.

It is ironic that The Party has been so successful in America. For example, our public educational system is provided to produce competent citizens. The first text provided to teach reading comprehension was The New England Primer, a version of the Bible. While the entire book may not have all the theology sacred to each belief system and the specific rules may differ, all should be known and revered as required by the particular people. Thus, God was honored as the source of our freedom, not a King or Party Leader.

Reading comprehension may or may not be more common, but it is a goal of Alabama education. The lifeline we must provide to Americans is to insist on and protect our God-given freedom of religion. We still have some power left in voting for our elected government, so our churches must explain that our very right to be in church is at stake and that we are responsible to vote.

In 33 A.D., Jesus sent the men He trained to convert all nations. Matthew 27:18-20 says, “All power is given to me in heaven and earth. Go ye, therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and of the Holy Ghost. Teach them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you, and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.”

These apostles are here today. Thus, the lifeline to save our immortal lives is alive and well.
