Ordering Abatement of Nuisance
Whereas, the Building Official has determined that the property or condition located at 923 WISTERIA LANE in District 2 in the City of Gadsden, more particularly described as:
Tax ID#: 10-07-35-4-000-074.000
is a nuisance and ordered its abatement; and
Whereas, as required by the Code of Ordinances, notice of a public hearing has been given to John Langley, 923 Wisteria Lane, Nancy L. Langley, 4311 Yorketowne Road, Orlando, FL, and Lena Langley, 923 Wisteria Lane;
