Amending Fiscal Year 2024 Budget

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GADSDEN, ALABAMA, that Ordinance No. O-61-23 (Fiscal Year 2024 Budget) is further amended by transferring $655,000 from Capital Improvement Fund I fund balance into the following accounts:

$115,000 into account #320- 2500-434.77-11(Golf Course Improvements). The funds will be used for river bank repair and concrete replacement.

$540,000 into account #320-6500-451.70-30 (Other Equipment). The funds will be used for a portable ice-skating rink.

Adopted by the City Council of Gadsden on May 28, 2024.
