PUBLIC NOTICE – 421

Other wastes are repackaged and transferred to other facilities for further treatment, storage, or disposal. The purpose for this modification is to incorporate updates to the Facility Contacts in Contingency Plan and Part A Application, revision of the Construction Compliance Schedule, removal of the proposed Drum Shredder unit, addition of the container storage and processing expansion, revisions to the proposed Container (Roll Off) Storage Pad P-1, updates to reflect As-Built Container (Roll Off) Storage Pad P-2, and revisions to the deadline of the annual groundwater monitoring report.
