The Gadsden Music Club met recently at the Gadsden Country Club for its annual Christmas dinner. President Carol Larkins welcomed members and guests. John Larkins gave the invocation.

Program Chairman Stacey Garmon introduced an ensemble provided by the Southside High School Jazz Band directed by Band Director Matthew Weaver.

They performed Christmas songs of the season including Jingle Bells, Away in a Manger, Deck the Halls, Up on the Housetop, Silent Night and Westminster Carol.

George McSpadden led the men’s chorus in a tribute to the music club ladies and also led the group in their annual Christmas Sing-A-Long. Kristin Dunn accompanied on the piano.
