Westbrook wins FCA tournament

Westbrook Christian went 5-0 to win the Faith Christian Kickoff Classic last Saturday (Aug. 26) in Anniston.
In the best-of-three match format, the Lady Warriors (5-2) swept Faith Christian, Cedar Bluff, Cleburne County and White Plains before defeating Spring Garden, 2-1, in the championship match.
For the tournament for Westbrook, Raylee Neal had 66 assists, 12 digs, eight aces and six kills; Landri Lipscomb had 29 kills, 15 digs, seven blocks and three aces; Ellison Stewart had 25 kills and eight digs; Raegan Harrell had 27 digs, 24 kills and seven aces; Marley Cox had 30 digs, 19 kills, six aces and four blocks; Kylee Wyatt had 43 digs and three aces; Reid Elam had 28 kills;
Henley Beddingfield had 18 digs and five aces Sara Cate Windle had 17 digs; Caroline Taylor had four blocks and Lilah Seawright had four digs.
