Wynonna Judd will headline Riverfest on June 14

 Five-time Grammy winner Wynonna and her band, The Big Noise, will headline Saturday night’s entertainment at Riverfest.

Wynonna, who rose to fame as the daughter half of the mother-daughter duo The Judds in the 1980s, and launched her solo career in 1992 with the debut “Wynonna.”

Last year’s single, “Something You Can’t Live Without,” is one of her recent musical offerings.

Wynonna and The Big Noise are slated to take the stage at 9:30 p.m.

Riverfest 2014 will bring two evenings of live music to Gadsden on June 13 and 14.

The June 14 lineup thus far includes Justin Chain, a 24-year-old artist currently working on his first album, Real Country. Chain appeared on season four of NBC’s The Voice.

He will take the stage at 5 p.m. on June 14.

Chain will be followed by The LACs, a Georgia group that will bring its hick hop and southern rock sound to the stage at 7:30 p.m.

Friday night’s lineup up kicks off with Jacksonville performer Riley Green at 5 p.m., followed by Austin, Texas’ Black Joe Lewis at 7:30 p.m.

Weekend passes for Riverfest 2014 are available for pre-purchase through May 30 only, at a cost of $35 for ages 12 and up. Children under five get in free, and for ages six-11, a weekend pass is $10.

Single-night tickets only will be available at the gate. Costs are $25 per day for ages 12 and up; $10 a day for children six to 11, and there will be cash-only purchases.
