Lot Number Eleven (11) and the West Twenty (20) feet of Lot Number Thirteen (13) all in Block Eighteen (18) of the Gadsden Land and Improvement Company’s Kyle Addition, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Book of Town Plats A, Page 23, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Etowah County, Alabama.

is a nuisance and ordered its abatement; and

The draft permit contains requirements and limitations which are protective of groundwater quality.
