Bulldogs finish runner-up at St. Clair County Classic

Joe Stevens finished runner-up and Wyatt Knight placed third to help Ashville finish second at the St. Clair County Classic 5K last Saturday (Aug. 28) in Odenville.
The Bulldogs’ average time of 19:10.55 was eight seconds behind Lincoln (19:02.42).
Stevens time of 17:38.71 was 14 seconds shy of Munford’s Dakota Frank. Knight clocked in at 17:54.74.
Southside’s Max Valentine came in 14th place at 19:11.94, while Ashville’s Ashton Vann finished 20th at 19:27.50.
