Funeral will be at 2209 E Broad St, Gadsden, AL 35903. For Eliante Louis Altidort age 49, of Gadsden, Crestwood Funeral Home is in charge of Burial.
Eliante was born on June 22 1976 in Haiti birthed by: Lenie Baptist Dorcena, and Anoux Louis. She migrated to the US at the age of 39 years old. She was the first born of seven children, who’s name are as follows in the order of their birth; Eliante Louis, Aloude Louis, Leana Louis, Suzette Louis, Medita Louis, Adno Louis, and Robert Louis.
Eliante was born for greatness, she was born to shine light upon her family. She was a daughter, a sister, a cousin, a mother, a role model, an example, a leader, and a provider. She was like the sun everyone orbited around her. And above all she was one of God’s chosen ones for she wasn’t just special but was A SPECIAL.
She spent a lot of the lifetime traveling around the world, searching for new opportunities that life has to offer. She was a business woman by exporting merchandise overseas to sell in her home country. She was also a Butcher, a baker, and owned her own bakery. And she of course had her own taxi transportation business, for she was so diverse and open minded, and never wanted to be kept in a box.
Her hobbies and interests included family, and cooking. She devoted much of her lifetime and energy as a caregiver to her whole entire family members in general.
Eliante is Survived by her mother, Lenie Baptist Dorcena; and all six of her siblings; her husband, Romane Altidort; her two children, Woodley Altidort, and Woodienny, Altidort.
She was preceded in death by her father, Anoux Louis on May 6 2025.
