Junkins grants second generation adoption

Bobby Junkins grants the 1,000th adoption for Lifeline Children’s Services, an adoption agency with offices in several states as well as Gadsden and Birmingham. 

The adoptive mom was adopted through Lifeline thirty-one years ago and is the first Lifeline adoptee to return as an adoptive parent.

Judge Junkins has conducted numerous Lifeline adoptions over the years. Judge Junkins helped write the adoption laws for the state of Alabama while serving in the Legislature and has had the pleasure of implementing those laws during his tenure as Probate Judge of Etowah County.
