Rainbow City’s newest restaurant officially celebrated its opening on Thursday, March 28. City leaders, members of The Chamber and the owners and workers of Alabama Pizza Company celebrated the store’s grand opening with a ceremonial ribbon cutting and an early lunch. The restaurant offers New York style pizza made with dough made fresh every day, as well as salads, cheese bread, garlic rolls and a variety of desserts. Alabama Pizza Company is located at 135A West Grand Avenue and is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
