Darden Rehab hosting benefit bass tournament

The Darden Rehabilitation Foundation’s 2023 Bass Tournament will be held Saturday, Sept. 30 at the City of Gadsden Docks Coosa Landing from safe light until 2 p.m. Entry fee is $100 per boat with weigh-in taking place under the bridge.
First-place prize is $2,000, second place is $1,000 and third place is $500. Fourth through 10th place finishers will receive $100 each, while the Biggest Fish prize is $500. All net proceeds benefit Darden Rehab’s mission of helping the disabled in the community.
Event sponsors include Team One Toyota, Buck’s Island, People’s Independent Bank, Cadence Bank, The Loft, Pruett’s BBQ, Buffalo Rock, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Trilogy Financial Group, River Bank and Trust, Coosa Redeye Custom Gigs, Appalachian Stone, Cromcraft, Cobbs-Allen, Exchange Bank, People’s Bank and Foothills Tractor.
