A Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the CED Mental Health Center, Attalla, Alabama, U.S. Government bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid, shall be submitted with the bid.

The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory performance and payment bond or bonds.

All bonds must be signed by an Alabama Resident or Resident Agent.

Contractors shall be licensed in accordance with the State Laws. Proof of licensure will be required on the outside of the Bid Envelope before bid will be considered. Subcontractors whose contracts exceed $50,000 must also be licensed according to the State of Alabama Law and show proof thereof.

The CED Mental Health Center Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
