NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE

Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated March 31, 2008, executed by Clara C. Be it known that on 12-5-2023 the Etowah County Commission voted to vacate a portion of Kershaw Quarters Road, Etowah County, Alabama. Said portion of road being in Sections 5, T-11-S, R-8-E of the Huntsville Meridian, Etowah County, Alabama. The resolution to vacate said roadway does hereby destroy the force and effect of any dedication of said roadway because of its appearance on the map of Etowah County, Alabama.

In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 1975, notice is hereby given that Horseshoe Construction, Incorporated has completed the contract for the construction of the 2021 CDBG Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project.  This project is known as CDBG Project No. LR-CM-PF-21-008.   Horseshoe Construction, Incorporated have made request for final settlement of said Contract.  Any person or party having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify City of Attalla, Jason Nicholson, City Engineer, 612 4th Street, NW, Attalla, AL  35954 or contact 256-538-9986 within the next thirty days.
