ETOWAH COUNTY COMMISSION REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The Etowah County Commission is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for water and sewer infrastructure projects at the Little Canoe Creek Megasite. Source of funding includes, but is not limited to, the American Rescue Plan Act.

The consulting firm will be selected on a 100-point rating system. Selection criteria will be based upon the following:

1. Experience as it relates to Federally Funded Infrastructure Projects: 40 Points

2. Professional Background and Quality of Personnel: 30 Points

3. Capability to Meet Schedules and Deadlines: 30 Points

TOTAL POINTS 100 POINTS
