Default having been made of the terms of the loan documents secured by that certain mortgage executed by Leann Nichols A Married Woman to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Success Mortgage Partners, Inc., its successors and assigns dated August 19, 2020; said mortgage being recorded on August 21, 2020, as Instrument No. 3507142 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Etowah County, Alabama.
