On August 18, 2023, the Court entered an Order that service of process upon BARBARA ANN SHAW CAMPBELL, VICTOR W. CAMPBELL, AND ALL OTHER OCCUPANTS be made by publication.

Public Meeting Notice

The Water Works and Sewer Board of The City Of Gadsden will a hold a public meeting on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. at The Water Works and Sewer Board Of The City Of Gadsden office located at 515 N Albert Rains Boulevard, Gadsden, Alabama to discuss the Environmental Information Document and related items required as part of the submission of an application for funding through the Clean Water State Revolving Fund as administered by the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM).
