The Woman’s Club of Gadsden will hold its 6th annual Southern Tea and Boutiques on April 25 from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. on lawn of the Woman’s Club located at 862 Chestnut Street. This is a come and go event celebrating our Southern heritage with our guests dressed and up wearing hats and gloves in a social setting reminiscent of days gone by.
Lee Cox will be playing music from the veranda and the event is being catered by Taste of Heaven.
Vendors will be set up under tents on the lawn and inside the clubhouse. Jireh’s Boutique and Divine Divas will be selling clothing. Be Bea’s Bling and Silpada Jewelry will be selling jewelry. Finlayson Landscape and Design will offer plants and outdoor décor. Donna Quinn offers photography. Woman’s Club members will sell commemorative Tea Cups and Tea Shirts. Door prizes will be given away.

The proceeds from this event go to fund our annual $5000 scholarship, which is given to a deserving young lady graduating from within Etowah County. Also, the proceeds will support civic and cultural activities as outlined in the clubs constitution.
