Westbrook jams up Glencoe, 43-10

Westbrook Christian improved to 3-0 on the season with a 43-10 victory over Etowah County neighbor and Class 3A, Region 6 rival Glencoe on September 8.
For the Warriors, Mason Coley was a perfect 11-for-11 in passing for 126 yards and a touchdown. He also rushed for 48 yards and a touchdown on 13 carries.
Karmichael Cattling rushed 13 times for 72 yards and two touchdowns, while Brodey Wood had five carries for 33 yards. Drew Whittemore had an 89-yard touchdown run.
Hugh Windle, Nolan Terrell, Caleb McCarty and Landon Armstrong each had two catches.
Both teams resume region play this Friday (September 16). Westbrook (3-0, 2-0) hosts Hokes Bluff, while Glencoe (1-2, 0-2) visits Plainview.
