An extra special feature this year is the Woman’s Club as a decorator’s show house.  Several local professional decorators have selected rooms to decorate. They will turn the Woman’s Club at 862 Chestnut Street into a work of art. The featured decorators each have areas within the Woman’s Club where they will show their own unique decorating styles.

The decorator’s include:

Amber’s Interior Design – Upstairs foyer and boardroom.

BLDesigns – East parlor, dining room and kitchen.

Blooms on Broad – Foyer, downstairs powder room and staircase.

Emily Bade – West parlor and music room.

Joy’s Flowers & Marketplace – Outside of home and gazebo.

Kinzie Edgeworth – Groom’s room, bath and study.

Recovery Room Upholstery – Bride’s room and bath.

Vintage Hip – Springville – Sunporch.

Those taking the tour are asked to wear flat shoes, as no heels will be allowed in the homes.

Refreshments will be provided at the Woman’s Club and the Gadsden Museum of Art.

Tickets are $15 at the door and $10 in advance.  They may be purchased from any Woman’s Club member or by calling the club at 256-547-2311.  Tickets are also available at the Gadsden Museum of Art, Broad Street, the Floyd Law Firm, Chestnut Street, H.M. Freeman Motors, West Meighan Blvd and Johnson’s Giant Foods locations. Tickets will be available at the Woman’s Club, Museum of Art and homes on the tour the day of the tour.
